Jean-François Bert is a lecturer and researcher at the University of Lausanne. His work focuses on the history of science and the anthropology of scholarly and cultural practices. His approach focuses on the various materials that determine the production and dissemination of knowledge (places, objects/instruments, gestures and habitus).
