Raluca Enescu

Raluca Enescu is a criminologist and playwright specialising in forensic science, comparative criminal law and miscarriages of justice. Her research focuses on summary proceedings and their increased risk of neglecting the rights of the defence. She runs Heuristix, a centre for the study of miscarriages of justice in European countries, and collaborates with various artists to produce audiovisual projects promoting reform of the judicial system.
