Patrick Waelbroeck

Patrick Waelbroeck is an associate professor of industrial economics and econometrics at Télécom ParisTech - Ecole nationale supérieure des télécommunications. He earned his PhD from University of Paris La Sorbonne.

He also holds an M.A. from Yale University and is a Fulbright alumnus. His current research proposes both empirical and theoretical perspectives on Internet piracy and technological protection in creative industries. Patrick Waelbroeck is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Cultural
Economics.
