Caroline Muller



Lecturer in contemporary history at the University of Rennes 2, Caroline Muller is the author of a thesis entitled « La direction de conscience au XIXe siècle (France, 1850-1914). Contribution à l’histoire du genre et du fait religieux ».

Her research focuses on the links between gender and religion, and on the history of self-practices (confession, personal journals).

Her publications are available online and on her HAL-SHS space. See for example « Un secret bien partagé.
