Carola Klöck

Carola Klöck is an assistant professor of political science at CERI, Sciences Po Paris. Her research focuses on the politics of climate change and adaptation. She is particularly interested in the issues of adaptation finance, UN climate negotiations, and coastal adaptation measures, all with a particular focus on small island states. Carola holds a PhD from ETH Zurich, and a German HDR from the University of Göttingen.
