Wojtek Kalinowski

Wojtek Kalinowski is co-director of the Institut Veblen pour les réformes économiques, a think tank dedicated to public policies and social innovations for the ecological transition. A sociologist and economist by training, he is a graduate of Uppsala University in Sweden, Université Paris-IV and Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in Paris. Wojek Kalinowski is a regular contributor to public debate on European environmental and social policies.

Author of Modèle suédois : et si la social-démocratie n’était pas morte (Éditions Charles-Léopold Mayer 2017) and Transition écologique: mode d’emploi (Éditions Les Petits Matins 2013, with Ph. Frémeaux and A. Lalucq).

A former journalist with Alternatives Economiques. From 2004 to 2008, he was general delegate of the République des Idées and first editor-in-chief of La Vie des Idées.
