Dominique Guellec

Dominique Guellec is an economist and statistician specializing in science and innovation. He is currently a scientific advisor at the Observatory of Science and Technology (OST), in charge of a research project in machine learning (semantic analysis) applied to patents. He was responsible for statistics and then science and innovation policies at the OECD, and chief economist at the European Patent Office. He is the author of numerous articles and academic books on the economics of innovation.
