Christophe Fourel

Christophe Fourel is an economist by training. He currently works at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. He edited the book André Gorz, un penseur pour le XXIème siècle published by La Découverte (2^nd edition 2012). He organized an international conference on the thought of André Gorz in Montreuil in November 2012 for the Institut Mémoires de l’Edition Contemporaine (IMEC). The proceedings are currently published in the form of two books by Le Bord de l’Eau: André Gorz en personne (preface by Alain Touraine) and Sortir du capitalisme: le scénario Gorz (postface by Dominique Voynet). He is also President of the Association of Readers of Alternatives Economiques.
