Given that economists cannot entirely overlook social and political perspectives, Ecolinks is an association of Economics teachers and academics from various organisations who are eager to develop shared modes of thinking while participating in public debate. They wish not to much to react systematically to current affairs, than to try and set, with others, the basis of a progressist, renewed thought. Established in 2009, Ecolinks claims a prospective Outlook on the world, and has published notes on various subjects, such as the roles of the State and the market, pensions, dependency, the repartition of work and capital, higher éducation, industrial policy, jours of work, tax policy and competitiveness. These notes are available on their website
