Magali Della Sudda

A researcher at the CNRS, Magali Della Sudda works on the conditions of women’s access to citizenship in Europe. After carrying out a research on the politicization of women before the right to vote in France and Italy, she offers a reflection on the question of gender and religion in the definition of citizenship. She has published numerous articles on these themes and coordinated various journal issues on these subjects. As part of her authorization to direct research, she is currently examining the recompositions of the rights around the question of gender and is more particularly interested in “alterfeminist” currents and the redefinition of the cause of women by these groups from La Manif pour Tous
