David Chekroun

David Chekroun is an assistant professor of law at ESCP Europe (London and Paris campuses) and co-directs the “Law & Finance” option. He is specialized in international business law, energy law and procedural law. He is notably the author of an article on “L’imperium de l’arbitre” in the Archives de Philosophie du Droit (2009).

David Chekroun collaborates with the Jean-Jaurès Foundation on questions of justice and the regulation of globalization. He notably wrote, with Étienne Pataut, an essay entitled L’Europe de la justice (2009).
