Clément Carbonnier is a lecturer at the University of Cergy-Pontoise and a researcher at THEMA. He is co-director of the socio-fiscal section of the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for the Evaluation of Public Policies (LIEPP) at Sciences Po. His work focuses on tax policy, and in particular on changes in tax rates aimed at modifying the behaviour of households and firms.
