Jessy Bailly

Jessy Bailly wrote her dissertation in Political Science (Sciences Po Aix/Université Libre de Bruxelles) on citizen debt auditing groups in France, Spain and Belgium. The aim was to study how militant groups legitimise the idea of citizen and popular control over the actions of their elected representatives. He has written several articles in academic journals (Participation, Law and Society, International Journal of Comparative Politics). He is currently working on the citizenship turn in the European Union.
