Tristan Fournier is a research fellow in sociology at the French National Centre for Scientific Research – CNRS (Iris, Paris). His work focuses mainly on the social, scientific, and political issues of food changes.
He currently leads a research program entitled “Towards a politics of epigenetics” whose aim is to document the emergence as well as the thematization of a public health issue – the first thousand days of life – and then to analyze its politicization (funded by the Tepsis Laboratory of Excellency).
